Generating the Get Statement Report

To generate a report:

  1. Select the Reports option from the left-hand menu and navigate to the Transactions menu button.

  2. Select the Get Statement report.
The Get Statement report parameters page displays.

  3. Select the relevant Merchant Code from the drop-down list (if you have more than one merchant code).

  4. Do one of the following:

    1. Enter the start and end dates, together with the relevant times if required, in the From Date and To Date fields.
If you do not specify a time then the default is used, which is 00:00 for both fields.

      • The date format is: yyyy-mm-dd

      • The time format is: hh:mm

    2. Select the  today or yesterday hyperlinks, if appropriate.

    3. Select each From Date and To Date Calendar icon in turn and select a date and time.

Note:  The size of the report will depend on the number of transactions processed within the range of dates you enter. A report may be prevented from running if the range of dates you enter includes too many transactions. Alternatively, you could run a report for a whole year if you have not processed too many transactions during that time.

  1. Select the relevant payment status, or all statuses, from the Event Type drop-down list.

  2. Select the Last Event check box, if required.
See Using the Last Event Option for more details.

  3. Select the output Format that you require from the drop-down list.
You can generate reports in a range of formats, for example, as an Excel spreadsheet, or in Comma Separated Value (CSV) format.

  4. Select a Saved Report Format from the drop-down list.
The default is Statement. This includes the most common field column headings. If you have created your own report formats, you can select the appropriate name from the drop-down list. See Configure your own Reports for more details.

  5. Select one of the following Output parameters:

    1. Click the Show on Screen radio button, to display the report on screen. To display it in a new window, select the Open in New window checkbox.

    2. To schedule the report, click the Schedule the Report radio button. Enter a reference name or code in the reference field, so you can recognise the report schedule, as well as an email address in the Email address field so that you can be sent the report. More information about scheduling this report can be found in Scheduling the Report.

  6. Click Generate to create the report.

To clear all the fields on the page click Clear Form.

To return to the Get Statement report parameters page, select Go Back.
