Note: This smart tab is not a default tab and will only be visible if your merchant code has the relevant permissions.
In the Client Payout tab, you will see the following screen:
Within this tab you're able to retrieve an existing bank account to pay out to, and you're also able to create a new bank account.
To retrieve an existing bank account, search for a registered user ID in the field, then click submit.
Note: The registered user ID will be the ID that was created when the bank account was first registered.
To create a new bank account:
Select the country the shopper lives in from the drop-down list and click submit.
The Register Shopper Bank Account window opens:
Fill out the information as required.
Click submit.
Note: If any of the information does not meet the correct validation, an error message will occur which explains the error.
