Home

Once you've logged into Worldpay's Merchant Admin Interface (MAI), you'll be taken to the Home page. Here you will see widgets pertaining to your account and also carry out searches across your merchant code, or all merchant codes you're assigned to.

Note:  If you've not used the MAI before, head over to Using the Merchant Admin Interface to learn about logging in and navigating.

Searching

There are three search functions on the homepage.

  2. Click Search.

  3. The results of the search will appear in a new Transactions tab.

Search by date

Searching by date will search the current merchant code on a selected date, between 00:00 and 23:59. To search by date, do the following:

  1. Either type in the date, which must be DD MMM YYYY (such as 29 Feb 2016), or click on the calendar icon to open the calendar.

  2. Once you've chosen a date to search by, click Search.

  3. The results of the search will appear in a new Transactions tab.

Search across all Merchant Codes

You're able to search across all of the Merchant Codes that are assigned to your user.

  1. Enter the Order Code you wish to search by (the whildcard character % is accepted).

  2. The results of the search will appear in a new Transactions tab.

Widgets

There are two permission-based widgets on the Home page. If you cannot see the widgets, you will not have the relevant permissions.

Daily authorisation rate

This widget shows the authorisation rate of all payments which have been submitted to this Merchant Code.

This widget shows the percentage of payments which have reached the Authorised status out of the total number of attempted payments. For example, if the authorisation rate was at 95% out of 100, that means 5 transactions resulted in an ERROR or REFUSED status.

Weekly comparison

Shows the volume of payments received on the Merchant Code you're using on a two-week basis. The payment volume from this week is shown in blue, whereas last week's is shown in dark red. If you hover your mouse over a day, you can see the payment volume:
