The shopper is redirected to the Yandex.Money website.

  2. The shopper logs in to their Yandex.Money eWallet with their account username and password.

  3. The shopper enters their payment password, which is different to their account password, on the confirmation screen to complete the payment.

Integration considerations

Payment timeout

There is currently a 20-minute timeout for the shopper to complete their payment by entering their payment password. This timeout starts from the moment the shopper logs in to their account.

We advise merchants to think about informing their shoppers that:

  • Worldpay AP appears as the payment recipient on the Yandex.Money payment pages
  • Worldpay AP appears as the payment recipient on the shopper’s Yandex.Money statement
  • Worldpay AP appears as the sender of the payment on the shopper’s Yandex.Money statement in the case of a direct refund

Pre-advising the shopper in this manner may reduce shopper abandonment.
