If you have set up receipt of merchant notification emails you will receive an email each time a refund is requested by you and the payment status is set to SENT_FOR_REFUND.
Worldpay also sends the shopper an email confirming that the merchant has requested a refund. Details are given about the refund amount and whether a full or partial refund has been requested.
