To be accepted, your logo must be a .png file of 40 pixels high by 150 pixels wide, and must be no more than 100KB in size.
For merchants enabled for V.me payments, the V.me specific settings section enables you to upload your company logo to the V.me wallet. Shoppers will then see your company logo when they select a V.me payment.

1. Login to the Merchant Interface using your username and password.
2. Select the Profile option from the left-hand menu on the Merchant Interface, then select Configuration Details. The Configuration Details page opens. Note that if you have more than one account, and have not yet chosen a merchant code, you are asked to select one before accessing this page.
3. Navigate to the V.me specific settings section. Note that this section is only visible if you are enabled for V.me payments.
4. Click the Browse button to browse for the location of your stored logo.
5. Click Ok and allow the preview of the logo to be populated in the V.me specific settings section. This may take a moment.
6. Click the upload button to upload your logo.
The system transmits your logo to Visa overnight, and appears on the V.me wallet when a cardholder uses V.me to make a payment.
