View/validate your bank details

Use the Configuration Details page to view/validate your bank details.

When the Worldpay Payment Service sets up your bank details or when you notify us about any changes, the Payment Service implements a two-step procedure whereby your details are entered and then validated. You will receive an email from Worldpay confirming that changes have been made to your details and that the internal validation of your bank details is complete. We recommend that you check the details that Worldpay staff have entered.

To view your bank details:

1.       Login to the Merchant Interface using your username and password.

2.       Select the Profile option from the left-hand menu on the Merchant Interface, then select Configuration Details. The Configuration Details page opens. Note if you have more than one account, and have not yet chosen a merchant code, you are asked to select one before accessing this page.
The top section of the page displays your bank account details.

3.       Email Worldpay at:customeramendments@worldpay.com requesting any necessary changes to your bank details.
