Page description – Contact Details

This section gives details about the location of your company's Head Office. These fields should be kept up-to-date. Note that fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Enter a contact name that the Payment Service should use as the principal contact name.

Enter the email address of your prime contact. This email address is used by the Payment Service as the principal email address to send you important information.

Enter the phone number of your prime contact's head office.

Enter the fax number of your prime contact's head office.

Enter the location of your company's head office.

Enter the town or city.

Enter a county or region in the text box, if your prime address is outside the United States of America. Do not use the drop-down box.

Select a State from the drop-down box, if your prime address is within the United States of America.

Enter the Post Code (zip code) of the prime address.

Enter a country for your prime address.

This section displays details about the registered location of your company. Registered details are used for tax purposes. The fields in this section of the page are read only.

The registered address of your company. This may differ from the Prime Address. This is a read-only field.

The Post Code of the registered address for your company. This is a read-only field.

The relevant country of the registered address for your company. This is a read-only field.

This section displays details about the physical location of the company. The fields in this section of the page are read only. To change any details in this section please email: customeramendments@worldpay.com.

The Post Code of the Base Address.

The relevant country of the Base Address.

Your customer service's telephone number.

This section of the page displays details of the person responsible for creating and maintaining your website. You can edit these fields.

Enter your technical contact's name.

Enter your technical contact's telephone number.

Enter  your technical contact's email.

Displays your customer service's telephone number. If this is not available then the text will state "not available". To display your telephone number, please email Worldpay at:customeramendments@worldpay.com.
