Use the Contact Details page to view and amend your contact details via the Merchant Interface. These contact details are used by the Worldpay Payment Service for administrative or financial purposes.
The following table describes each element or 'item' on the page, top-to-bottom, left-to-right.

Prime Contact Details |
This section gives details about the location of your company's Head Office. These fields should be kept up-to-date. Note that fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. |
Prime Contact Name* |
Enter a contact name that the Payment Service should use as the principal contact name. |
Prime Email Address* |
Enter the email address of your prime contact. This email address is used by the Payment Service as the principal email address to send you important information. |
Prime Telephone No.* |
Enter the phone number of your prime contact's head office. |
Prime Fax No. |
Enter the fax number of your prime contact's head office. |
Prime Address* |
Enter the location of your company's head office. |
Town/City* |
Enter the town or city. |
County OR State (US only) |
Enter a county or region in the text box, if your prime address is outside the United States of America. Do not use the drop-down box. Select a State from the drop-down box, if your prime address is within the United States of America. |
Post Code* |
Enter the Post Code (zip code) of the prime address. |
Country* |
Enter a country for your prime address. |
Registered Contact |
This section displays details about the registered location of your company. Registered details are used for tax purposes. The fields in this section of the page are read only. |
Registered Address |
The registered address of your company. This may differ from the Prime Address. This is a read-only field. |
Post Code |
The Post Code of the registered address for your company. This is a read-only field. |
Country |
The relevant country of the registered address for your company. This is a read-only field. |
Base Contact |
This section displays details about the physical location of the company. The fields in this section of the page are read only. To change any details in this section please email: customeramendments@worldpay.com. |
Base Address |
The physical location of your company. This may differ from the Prime Address. |
Post Code |
The Post Code of the Base Address. |
Country |
The relevant country of the Base Address. |
Customer Services Telephone No. |
Your customer service's telephone number. |
Technical Contact Details |
This section of the page displays details of the person responsible for creating and maintaining your website. You can edit these fields. |
