View Contact Change history details

Any changes to your contact details are saved and can be viewed by accessing the Contact Change History Details page.

To change your invoice contact details:

1.       Login to the Merchant Interface using your username and password.

2.       Select the Profile option from the left-hand menu on the Merchant Interface. The Contact Details page opens. Note that if you have more than one account, and have not yet chosen a merchant code, you are asked to select one before accessing this page.

3.       Select the View Contact Change History button at the bottom of the page to open the Contact Change History Details page. All amendments, including any made by Worldpay staff are displayed. The time and date is recorded against each change.

4.       Select the Return to Contact Edit Page button to return to the Contact Details page.
