Example of a statement view report Web page

The following tables describe each element on the page.

Page Item	Description
Agreement ID	Our unique agreement identifier. It is automatically generated by us at the time the agreement is created. This is a link that opens the View Agreements Page.
Created	The date and time (GMT) when the agreement was created.
Agreement Status	The current status of the agreement: Just Created Operational Complete Cancelled by Merchant Cancelled by Shopper Awaiting Start Date Attempt Limit Reached Merchant Account Suspended Shopper Card Expired Waiting Validation Payment
Agreement Type	Can either be Regular or Limited.
Merchant Reference	The merchant generated reference for this agreement. By default, the cart ID is displayed initially, but it can be changed in the View Agreements Page.
Payments	The number of payments made to date. This is a link to a FuturePay Payments Page showing the payment details. See Payments Page for details.
