The following tables describe each element on the page.

Page Item	Description
Agreement ID	Our unique agreement identifier. It is automatically generated by us at the time the agreement is created. This is a link that opens the View Agreements Page.
Merchant Reference	The merchant generated reference for this agreement. By default, the cart ID is displayed initially, but it can be changed in the View Agreements Page.
Agreement Type	This can be either Regular or Limited.
Created	The date and time (GMT) when the agreement was created.
Shopper Name	The shopper's name, as entered in the merchant's payment page or as modified with the Shopper Management System.
Agreement Status	The current status of the agreement: Just Created Operational Complete Cancelled by Merchant Cancelled by Shopper Awaiting Start Date Attempt Limit Reached Merchant Account Suspended Shopper Card Expired Waiting Validation Payment
Payment Method	The payment method used, such as Visa.
Payments	The number of payments made to date. This is a link that displays a FuturePay Payments Page showing the payment details. See Payments Page for details.
