Step 4: Contact Worldpay
Finally, you need to give us important information about you and your PayPal account.
Once API permissions are granted, please contact Worldpay by emailing customerservices@worldpay.com.
You must provide the following information to activate PayPal on your Business Gateway account:
- The primary email address registered on your PayPal account
- Company name
- Worldpay admin code and merchant code
- Installation ID(s) of the payment pages you wish to add PayPal to. To locate these, log in to the Merchant Interface and select Installations. This displays a tabulated list of your current installations.
- Confirmation of currencies associated with the PayPal account specified above
Currently we can only offer this service to merchants who receive their funds (are ‘settled’) in GBP (British pounds), USD (US dollars) or EUR (Euros).
