Statements and accounts

The Merchant Interface enables you to report and manage your Worldpay account.

• You can generate transaction statements.

• You can view individual transaction details.

• You can initiate refunds.

• You can configure your installation. For example, you can switch automatic emails on and off.

The Merchant Interface is provided on the Internet at the following address: http://www.worldpay.com/admin/.

You are prompted for a user name and password - these are the same as the user name and password you use to login to the Virtual Terminal service.

Note:  You can use the Merchant Interface to identify transactions entered through the Virtual Terminal payments service. A transaction submitted to the system through the Virtual Terminal payments service will have a Cart ID with the suffix VT.
