Select a field or control to display a description of the field.

Fields in the report

Details

Based on the Report Configuration used, the following fields may be displayed in the Details section. Some fields may be blank according to the payment status being reported. Select a field to display a description of the field.

Use the Report Column Configuration page to set your field column headings and create your own report.

Page Item Description

Eligible Columns

Shows the fields that are available but are not displayed in the output of the report.

Select to move a highlighted field or fields from the Eligible Columns list to the Selected Columns list.

< Move

Select to move a highlighted field or fields from the Selected Columns list to the Eligible Columns list.

Move all >>

Moves all entries in the Eligible Columns list to the Selected Columns list.

Moves all entries in the Selected Columns list to the Eligible Columns list.

Selected Columns

Shows the fields that display in the report.

Up

Moves fields up the Selected Columns list. This enables you to organise column headings in the required order in the report output. The top entry in the list represents the left column of the report.

Down

Moves fields down the Selected Columns list. This enables you to organise column headings in the required order in the report output. The entry at the bottom of the list represents the last column of the report.

*When reporting multi-currencies:

For currency amounts to be shown to the correct ’r;exponent’ (to the correct number of decimal places) in the report, you must ensure that you:

  • Include the currency for the amount you wish to see. For example, if you want to include ’r;Payment Amount’ you must include ’r;Payment Amount Currency’

  • Place the currency before the Amount in the ’r;Selected Columns’ field (see example screen output)
