You access the Merchant Interface (MI) using a Login page that prompts you to enter a username and password. If the username and password are recognised, you are given access to the applications, merchant codes (accounts) and parts of the application specified in the 'user profile' to which the username and password belong. In addition to providing a login to our applications, this page provides system status information and access to our help and documentation.
Once logged in to the MI, users can access the applications specified in their user profile using menu options.
To login to the MI:
Enter the username and password supplied to you by your Administrator or, if you are the Administrator, by Worldpay on application. These unique login credentials give you access to all the Worldpay applications your organisation uses.
Once successfully logged in, you can switch between test and production accounts using the Switch to Test or Switch to Production option in the left hand navigation menu of the Merchant Interface (MI). If you have access to only one application - either test or production - as specified in your user profile, you will be logged straight into the application to which you do have access.
The login URL for the Merchant Interface and Virtual Terminal (WorldAccess) is:
http://support.worldpay.com/support/bg/index.php?c
If the permission is granted, you can access both the MI and the Virtual Terminal (WorldAccess) from the MI link.
Once you have successfully logged in to the Merchant Interface, the following information is displayed on the home page:
Your login username
The date and time (in GMT) you last logged in
If there have been any unsuccessful login attempts since your last successful login to the Merchant Interface (MI), the Login Details page is displayed following your next successful login. This page confirms:
Your login username
The date and time you last logged in
If there have been failed login attempts since you last logged in
How many unsuccessful attempts were made and the date and time of the most recent attempt.
The login information is provided in order that you can be sure your login username is not being used by anyone else.
