The Prime Contact Details section shows the basic contact details you should fill in. Those marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
To change your Base and Registered details, email customeramendments@worldpay.com.
The Technical Contact section holds the details of your technical representative who can be contacted if a technical issue occurs, including phone number and email address.
The Financial Contact Properties section provides the contact details of your financial representative who can be contacted in case of financial issues or questions. The Financial Contact email address is used for sending emails such as Requests for Information & chargebacks, e-invoices and bank details changes.

Changes you make in the Profile page take effect when you select the Save all changes button near the bottom of the page.
You can view all previous changes to your contact details. To do this, click the View contact change history button.
