Pay a deposit shortfall

If your deposit is less than the amount specified in the Required Deposit field, then you can pay the shortfall using online payment facilities available from the Financial Status page. You can pay using a variety of payment methods including cheque, credit card, debit card, signed direct debit and regular bank transfer.

1.       Select the Financial Status option from the left-hand menu to open the Financial Status page. If you have more than one account, and have not yet selected a merchant code, you will be asked to do so on accessing this page.

2.       Locate the Deposit section. This displays the overall status of your deposit.

3.       Select the Deposit Currency or Amount hypertext link. The Reserves Overview page is displayed.

4.       Select the Initiate Payment of a Deposit Amount button to pay a deposit amount. The Initiate payment of a deposit amount page is displayed.

5.       Select the Currency you wish to pay in from the drop-down menu and enter the amount you wish to pay. Select the Proceed to Select Payment Method button. A page is displayed enabling you to check your payment details.

6.       If the currency and amount is correct, select the Click Here hyperlink to proceed. The Payment Method page is displayed. (If the currency and amount is not correct, select the back button and correct the amount and currency before proceeding.)

7.       In the Payment Method page, select your payment method and complete the relevant details for your selected payment method.
