You will receive from our payment service financial documents that provide ongoing information about your financial position, including a Transfer report that details what funds we have transferred to you. You are also able to use the Transfer batch report to view transaction-level details about the transfer. Details of charges are provided in the Transfer invoice and Monthly invoice.
You may, however, want to view details of the current status of your financial position. Summary details can be found on the Financial Status page on the Merchant Interface, including:
Totals for payments currently held at the AUTHORISED and CAPTURED status
Totals for payments that are currently SETTLED and are now due for transfer
The status of your deposit at last transfer
Details of any open invoices.
Using details held on the Financial Status page, you are able to estimate your current balance using totals given for AUTHORISED, CAPTURED and SETTLED payments, and deducting or adding any changes to your deposit and then deducting any charges owed in your monthly invoice.
