Payment page flow

By default, Worldpay provide shoppers with the following secure payment pages for card payments:

• Payment method selection page

• Payment page

• Payment result pages

Payment method selection page

Shoppers select their desired payment method on this page. Shoppers can also select the language for the text displayed and the currency.

Payment page

Shoppers enter the following information on the payment page:

• Card details

• Billing address

• Contact details

• Delivery address

Payment result pages

Once a payment has been processed, a result page is displayed to the shopper. One of two result pages will be returned: a successful transaction page or a cancelled transaction page. If the payment is refused, the shopper is returned to the payment page to try again. If there was an error processing the transaction, an error page will be displayed.
