Dispute Management

Use the Dispute Management page to list and filter payments that have been disputed or subsequently charged back by card holders as well as to supply information to defend a disputed payment.

Information on the Dispute Management page is held at merchant code level. To switch the merchant code, click the button at the top of the page.

Please be aware that this guide contains references to an older version of the Worldpay Business Manager (which is still in use), known as the Merchant Interface, or Merchant Administration Interface (MAI). Any instructions that you find which talk about the Merchant Interface will not follow the same path to the Dispute Management page as the Worldpay Business Manager. However, all other information about the Dispute Management page is correct.
