Customer Details

To view the customer's address and contact details for a transaction, click on it in the transaction list. Then click the Customer Details tab to the right of the transaction list.

This page tells you about the Customer Details tab.

Billing Address

This shows you the address entered either by the customer, or by a user of the Worldpay Business Manager (for MOTO transactions) on the payment page. Any address boxes that hold information will be shown here. Sometimes an address may fail a risk check, and the billing address can tell you if the address has been entered correctly.

Delivery Address

This shows the address details of a delivery address, if one was supplied.
