Guaranteed Payments Operations

Guaranteed Payments operates as follows:

1. 1. Cardholder places order via website, mobile app, or other CNP sales channel.

2. You submit an Authorization/Sale request to Worldpay.

3. 3. Worldpay makes a pre-network call to Signifyd to evaluate the transaction payload for fraud and risk.

4. Signifyd responds to Worldpay with the fraud decision.

   1. For a declined transaction, Worldpay does not submit the transaction to the card network and returns a declined transaction response with specific Guaranteed Payments response details.

   2. For an approved transaction, Worldpay submits approved transaction to the network per the normal process.

5. We receive an approval or decline response from the issuer and sent it to both your system and to Signifyd to continuously refine their learning model.
