Fraud Chargeback Guarantee

If an approved Guaranteed Payments transaction becomes a fraudulent chargeback, Worldpay automatically sends the chargeback case to Signifyd on your behalf. Once sent to Signifyd, you no longer need to take action against the case, since Signifyd is now responsible for responding to the chargeback. Signifyd attempts to represent the chargeback on your behalf if the supporting evidence is sufficient. Where Signifyd assumes liability or loses the representment with the issuer, you receive reimbursement for the full dollar value of the chargeback plus any associated Worldpay chargeback processing fees.
