Communications Protocols

There are two communication protocols supported for the submission of Batch transactions to the Worldpay eCommerce platform. One for processing and one for Online submissions as shown in Table 1-1. For Batch submissions Worldpay recommends that you use sFTP. Use the HTTPS Post method for Online transactions.

The Secure FTP (sFTP), uses Secure Shell (SSH) to secure the transmission.
