Login page
To start the Virtual Terminal service:

Open your Internet browser and enter the following URL in the address field: https://secure.worldpay.com/merchant/

The Login page opens

Select the language you want to use

Enter the user name and password we supplied to you. The user name and password are the same as those you use when you log in to the Merchant Interface
Note: If you have lost, misplaced or forgotten your password you can recover it with the password generator, click Forgotten your Password? on the login page. Passwords are case-sensitive.

At the right corner of the Login page are the following generic buttons:

Help - opens the help file for the Login page

Home - opens the Worldpay Start page

Logoff - log off from Virtual Terminal payments service
